Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Eat more often.
 Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed.


Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories.


Try weight gainer shakes. If you’re really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories.


Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you’re trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less.


Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories.

How to remain healthy and fit

In today's our busy life it is very important to keep our body healthy for us        to keep up with today's economy lifestyle. All of us need to be healthy . Adopting the following tips in life we can get a healthy body.




1. Sleep enough

Sleeping enough is very important to maintain healthy lifestyle. We should sleep min 8 hrs a day .


2. Eat healthy foods, green vegetables and fruits

It is very necessary to eat healthy foods. Green vegetables contain vitamins and minerals. So, eat them to stay healthy.

3.Drink enough water


Water keeps our body doing for all the day. We should drink 8 glasses water per day. Lack in drinking of water causes acne, headache and in some cases dehydration too. So, drink water a lot.


4. Run or jog


Running or jogging is a powerful exercise for maintaining healthy body. It is no that run 3 miles a day , but jogging  10 minutes a day help to get healthy body.

Do what you like

Yeah! Doing what we want gives us happiness and pleasure. We get satisfaction from it and it helps in remaining healthy.


5. Laugh

We hear that "laughter is the medicine" yes it is. Laughing increase our blood flow and make heart healthy. So, laugh to make heart healthy.
